We are happy to offer our customers 4 different shipping methods to choose from.

1. Ground (1 to 5 Business Days plus 24 hour day processing)
See MAP AND TABLES.
2. UPS 3 Day (plus 24 hour day processing)
3. UPS 2nd Day Guaranteed (plus 24 hour processing)
4. Overnight Guaranteed (plus 24 hour processing)

PLEASE NO P.O. BOXES. Orders using P.O. Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail which which is the same price as UPS 3 Day. Select this option in the order form. Shipping requires a 24 hour processing period plus an average of 2-3 days shipping time. Deliver times ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may exceed the 2-3 day average estimate.

At HalloweenCostumes4Kids.com, we strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Depending on the shipping method, we pack and ship our orders within 24 hours from the time that you order your supplies.

1.) GROUND requires up to 24 hours to process and pack the order before it is ready to ship. For example, if you ordered GROUND service on a Wednesday, your order will be packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier on Thursday. From then, it takes 1-5 business days to get to its destination, depending on where you live. See our MAP AND TABLES for exact information. Please note we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery. Please note there is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday and Holidays.

2.) UPS 3 DAY is a quicker version of our popular GROUND method. Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours then take 3 business days to reach their destination.

3. & 4.) UPS 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT are guaranteed air shipping methods. Both require 24 hours to process, pack and ship out. Please account for that when ordering 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT. If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., it will take 24 hours to process and pack. On Wednesday, your order will ship. Unlike GROUND and 3 DAY, arrival estimates are precise and guaranteed. Saturdays and holidays are not included as business days.

If you would like a tracking number for your package, simply go to our ORDER STATUS page . Then feel free to track it at www.ups.com or www.usps.com, depending on what service was used for your package to ensure the fastest delivery route. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the Postal Service.

In the COMMENTS SECTION of the ordering form, you must put the date that you need your costumes by. Check our map for shipping times so that you order the correct method of shipping to ensure you receive the supplies when you need them. Remember if you ordered your supplies by GROUND and the date that you need them by will not give enough time for GROUND to get them there, your order will be held up since we will have to call or email you to see if you want to upgrade the shipping method.

Alaska and Hawaii

We offer Priority Mail Service to Alaska and Hawaii since there is no GROUND. The standard time of delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 5-7 days, depending on where you live. We also encourage you to fax in your order.

International (including Canada & Mexico)

International orders are welcomed. Simply complete the order form without shipping charge. When we recieve your order, we will e-mail you with the exact shipping amount and services available in your area. AFTER WE RECIEVE YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL, we will then and only then, process both order and shipping charges.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees, taxes and tariffs. We can't control these fees and it is your responsibilty to find out what fees may be applicable since you must pay these fees.

APO/FPO

We do ship to these addresses, but since the military performs the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict delivery time. Otherwise, read policy for Continental U.S.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If there are items that are out of stock, you will be notified by email first (please make sure to always provide a correct and current email address for this reason...an email address that you can always check) and then by phone if we do not hear back from you by the end of the day. You will then be given the choice of substituting another item of the same nature, or canceling the whole or partial order. Until we hear back from you, we will hold your order up to 5 days and then we will automatically cancel your order out.

Just to remind you, even though orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
