All sales are final. Returns for full refunds will not be accepted. We maintain this policy to protect us from customers who use costumes for one event, then want to disgard them. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been authorized and accepted. Customers who wish to exchange will be charged a second shipping fee. All exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS NOTIFY US BY EMAIL DURING THIS PERIOD. Due to Halloween it may take us up to 48 hours to process the exchange request so the actual exchange may exceed this 72 hour period. All exchanges must be issued a RMA authorization number priory to shipping back your item. To get an RMA, email help@HalloweenCostumes4Kids.com. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all packages returned due to undeliverable addresses or refused packages. Colors are representations and may vary depending upon your monitor settings. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damage occuring in transit.
